1. How the Promotion Works

If you’ve recently visited kingsleyharper.com, you may see a special offer inviting you back with a discount code. This is part of our retargeting promotion - a way to thank you for your interest and make it easier to try one of our gift sets.

• The same discount code (for example, SAVE10) is available to all customers during the campaign period.
• The promotion runs until Kingsley & Harper chooses to end it. There is no set expiry date, but the offer may be withdrawn at any time.
• The code applies exclusively to Complete Gift Sets, available at kingsleyharper.com/gift-sets
• The discount cannot be used on individual items, accessories, or any other products outside of this collection.

2. Eligibility

• The promotion is available to UK customers aged 18 or over.
• Discount codes are one-time use only and can’t be combined with any other offer, voucher, or promotion.
• Codes are issued via Kingsley & Harper’s approved marketing channels only - including paid social, email, or display ads.

3. Using Your Discount Code

• Enter the code at checkout to redeem your discount.
• Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to existing orders.
• If you return an order purchased using a code, your refund will reflect the amount paid after the discount was applied.

4. Fair Use & Cancellations

Kingsley & Harper reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel discount codes if we suspect misuse, such as:

• Multiple accounts created by the same individual.
• Automated use or resale of codes.
• Any behaviour inconsistent with fair consumer use.

If this happens, we will always aim to contact you directly to resolve it first.

5. General Terms

• Kingsley & Harper may amend or end this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All offers are subject to stock availability.
• These terms are governed by English law.
